Mosharraf Karim returns with ‘Mobaroknama’

Mosharraf Karim is set to return to the OTT platform once again with ‘Mobaroknama’.
Mosharraf Karim will be featured as the lead character in Golam Sohrab Dodul's upcoming web-series "Mobaroknama", which will premiere on the popular web platform Hoichoi, on December 21, 2023.
Mosharraf Karim have unveiled this latest collaboration with the promise of a fresh narrative.
“The character I have portrayed is quite different. The role is about a lawyer who first wins, then he realises that he has lost. Since then he has been going through an internal battlewith himself. This is a complex character with depth in it”, told Mosharraf Karim while talking to the media about the series.
Although Dodul and Mosharraf Karim have collaborated multiple times on television, this is their first collaboration on the OTT platform.
The series revolves around the life of a lawyer, showcasing his resilience and fortitude amidst personal and professional trials.
The series also features Sabnam Faria and Shahnaz Sumi in significant roles.

Actor Tutul Chowdhury, promoted as Director of Bangladesh Bank
Khairul Alam Tutul Chowdhury, who is well known to television drama and theatre audiences as actor Tutul Chowdhury. He acted in more than five hundred single plays in his long career. Along with the boycott of Coca-Cola, netizens have also threatened to boycott the ad performers.
Actor Jibon finally opened up about working in this advertisements. On Monday (June 10) night, he claimed in a post on his Facebook ID that he did not do anything on behalf of Israel.

Since the ad aired, I have noticed a lot of mixed reactions from you and with all due respect I would like to reiterate that work is only a part of my professional life. I have not taken Israel's side anywhere here and I have never been on Israel's side. My heart has always been, always to be on the side of justice and humanity.'

Advertisement of Coca-Cola, Shimul apologized

7 day remand application of Prince Mamun
Cumilla police arrested TikToker Abdullah Al Mamun also known as Prince Mamun in Laila Akhtar Farhad rape case. The Cantonment police station of the capital has already applied to take him on seven-day remand.
The remand hearing is scheduled to be held at the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court of Dhaka on Tuesday (June 11) at noon. Earlier on the night of June 10, police arrested him from the Daudkandi toll plaza area of the Dhaka-Chattogram highway and brought him to Dhaka.
In a media of the country, the officer in charge of Daudkandi Police Station Md. Mozammel Haque said, 'A rape complaint was filed against Tiktoker Mamun at the Dhaka Cantonment Police Station. Later informed that Mamun was staying in Cumilla, Dhaka Cantonment Police sent us a requisition to arrest him.'
He further said that the police arrested him at around 9:30 pm after conducting raids in Daudkandi toll plaza area. Later, a team of Dhaka Cantonment police station led by the investigating officer of the case actually handed over Mamun to them around 12:30 pm.
Tiktoker Laila filed a rape case against Prince Mamun at the Cantonment Police Station of the capital on June 9. In the complaint, she mentioned that 'I met the defendant Prince Mamun through the social media Facebook three years ago.

Tahsan-Mithila will not be seen together in 'Baji'
