Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof has expressed his best wishes to the interim government of Bangladesh.

In a letter on Thursday (August 15), Dick Schoof said, I wish you success in all areas despite the fact that Bangladesh is going through a transitional period.

The letter called on the interim government to restore the rule of law and ensure accountability.

In the letter, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands said that Bangladesh should be prepared for democratic elections. Bilateral relations between the two countries will be long-lasting and cordial.

He also said that we are keeping an eye on the interim government. We have support for this government. Communication will continue.

Before this, other countries of the world. It supported Yunus's government and assured them of their cooperation.

Incidentally, Sheikh Hasina's government collapsed on August 5 in the face of mass protests led by the anti-discrimination student movement. Then on August 8, the interim government was sworn in. The Nobel Peace Prize winning economist Dr. Muhammad Yunus. Along with him, there are now 21 members in the advisory council.
