Details have emerged regarding the 10-point proposal submitted by Iran, which will serve as the foundation for peace talks scheduled to begin on April 11 in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The proposal reveals that Tehran is demanding not only the lifting of sanctions but also the complete withdrawal of U.S. military forces from the Middle East.

According to information released by Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, the key pillars of the 10-point plan include:

Monopoly over the Strait of Hormuz
Iran has proposed "regulated transit" through the Strait of Hormuz in coordination with its armed forces. If implemented, this would establish Iran’s unrivaled economic and geopolitical standing over this critical international waterway.

Additionally, they are demanding the creation of a "Safe Transit Protocol" to ensure Iranian dominance in the strait.

Withdrawal of U.S. Troops
Tehran is demanding the total withdrawal of all U.S. troops from every wartime base and deployment center across the entire Middle East region.

Security for Allied Forces
Iran has made it clear that ongoing conflicts against its allied armed groups must end. This effectively serves as a demand to halt attacks on Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis.

Lifting of Sanctions and Asset Release
The conditions include the cancellation of all primary and secondary sanctions against Iran, along with the withdrawal of all negative resolutions from the UN Security Council and the IAEA Board of Governors.

Furthermore, Iran is demanding the immediate return of all assets and properties frozen abroad.

Demands for War Reparations
Tehran is seeking "full compensation" for damages resulting from the various military and economic pressures imposed on Iran in recent years.

International Legal Guarantees
Iran insists that every point agreed upon in Islamabad must be passed as a "mandatory resolution" by the UN Security Council to ensure that no party can unilaterally withdraw from the agreement in the future.
