When we should go to Doctor

Experts urged people to consult a doctor in case of any physical illness. They also said that mosquito killing and personal precautions are important to deal with dengue.
So the question is, when we should go to doctor or hospital?
DGHS said, the people, who suffer from fever, must visit hospitals for dengue test after taking advices of physicians.
If someone is facing 104 degrees body temperature, severe headache, pain behind eyes, pain in body muscles and joints, frequent vomiting, nasal gland swelling and body rash, then he/she must be going to doctor.
