BNP held a press conference today to discuss the country's current political situation. During the event, the party’s Secretary General, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, addressed various issues.
The press conference took place on Saturday morning (March 22) at the BNP Chairperson’s office in Gulshan.
When asked about the possibility of banning the Awami League, Mirza Fakhrul declined to comment, saying, "I will not comment on this matter right now. Please don’t divert the discussion in that direction. Thank you."
He also spoke about Tarique Rahman's return to Bangladesh, stating, "He will return when the time is right."
Among those present at the press conference were BNP Standing Committee members Mirza Abbas, Salahuddin Ahmed, Iqbal Hasan Mahmud Tuku, and Selima Rahman.
