At that time proposal was placed to make Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as the lifetime member of DUCSU. But Nur said, we have not reached in a solution in this regard.
He said, this election is a questioned election. There is controversy regarding the election. From that point of view I do not think that the honorable Prime Minister should be declared as the lifetime member here. In this point some members including me opposed the proposal.

The meeting started at 11 am at DUCSU bhaban on Saturday. DUCSU president and Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor Akhtaruzzaman presided over the meeting.
