Vice President of Dhaka University Central Students Union (DUCSU) Nurul Haque Nur said, if all the demands of students are not met then strict movement will be formed. The demands included cancellation of studentship of those who were admitted without admission tests and resignation of Dean of the Business Studies faculty of Dhaka University.
The general students seized the Dean office of Business Studies faculty on Wednesday noon demanding cancellation of studentship of former and current leaders of Chhatra League who were admitted without admission tests. At that moment DUCSU VP Nur said these to the newsmen.
With their three-point demand the left leaning student organizations including Chhatra Union and Chhatra Front seized the office of Business Studies faculty Dean Shibly Rubaitul Islam at around 12 pm according to their prefixed programs.
At that time incident of velitation took place between Chhatra League activists and general students.
