It was a goal fest at the Allianz Arena on Friday night (September 18). In the fourth round match of the German League, Bayern Munich thrashed Union Berlin 7-0.

The country's club seemingly brought back memories of Germany's 7-goal victory against Brazil in the 2014 World Cup.

With this win, the Bavarian giants have climbed to the top of the Bundesliga points table with 10 points.

On the other hand, this heavy defeat deepens the crisis for Union Berlin, whose tally stands at only one point from six matches, placing them 16th.

In the 18th minute of the match, Jamal Musiala put Bayern ahead with a powerful shot from the edge of the box. Then, in the 38th minute, Roth fouled Michael Olise inside the box, earning Bayern a penalty.

Harry Kane sent the ball into the net with a precise spot-kick past the goalkeeper's left side. With this goal, the England captain reached the milestone of his 100th goal in the Bundesliga.

Just two minutes before the break, Bayern more than doubled their lead. Michael Olise scored with a brilliant shot from the edge of the box, ending the first half with Bayern leading 3-0.

The hosts' dominance continued in the second half. In the 54th minute, Olise delivered a great cross from the right flank, which Kane met with a powerful header to score his second goal, pushing Bayern's lead to 4-0.

The fifth goal arrived in the 70th minute. Receiving a ball from Alphonso Davies, Al-Sibari beat the Union Berlin defense to face the goalkeeper one-on-one. He then calmly slotted the ball into the net to score his first goal for Bayern.

This was his seventh appearance for the German club across all competitions.

Three minutes later, Olise scored again. Chasing a long through ball, the French forward went one-on-one with the goalkeeper and beat him. His shot hit the post before going into the net, making it 6-0 for Bayern.

However, Olise wasn't done yet. In the 76th minute, he completed his hat-trick by scoring a brilliant goal from outside the box, sealing Bayern's 7-0 victory.
