This program was called by holding a press conference in front of the library of Dhaka University on Tuesday (July 9) afternoon around 6:30 pm.

Dhaka University student Nahid Islam, the coordinator of the anti-discrimination student movement, said in the press conference that all highways, waterways and railways across the country will be covered by the blockade.

The coordinators told reporters that today they have mass communication with students from different parts of the country. Apart from the court order, they want a written assurance from the executive department of the government regarding the quota reform. Because of this, they have decided to observe the blockade on Wednesday morning and evening.
