The anti-discrimination student movement has given a 24-hour ultimatum to withdraw the case by condemning and protesting the filing of false cases in the name of students protesting for quota reform.

They made such a demand during the press conference held in front of the central library of Dhaka University on Saturday (July 13) evening.

At this time, the agitating students have announced a program of protesting and submitting a memorandum to the President to demand the abolition of the quota.

Hasnat, one of the coordinators of the movement, said at the press conference that the procession will start from the front of Dhaka University (DU) Central Library on Sunday (July 14) at 11:00 am. All the institutions of Dhaka including Dhaka University, Jagannath University, Seven College, and Sher E Bangla College will participate in the procession. Later the memorandum will be presented to the President.
