Army Chief Meets Chief Advisor Dr Yunus

Army Chief Waker-Uz-Zaman paid a courtesy call to Dr. Muhammad Yunus, The Chief Advisor of the Interim Government.

The meeting was held on Sunday (September 22) at noon at the Chief Advisor's office.

Chief Advisor's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam confirmed the matter.

Before this, Waker-Uz-Zaman went to Bangabhaban on September 9 to meet President Sahabuddin.

During the meeting, the army chief informed the president about the overall activities of the army. Apart from this, he also highlighted the activities of the army to maintain law and order and peaceful situations across the country.

The President appreciated the role of the army in maintaining the overall law and order situation of the country and providing security to the lives and property of the people.
