The National Moon Sighting Committee will meet this evening to assess the sighting of the moon, which will determine the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at 6:00 PM today (March 1) in the conference room of the Islamic Foundation's Baitul Mukarram office in the capital. It will be presided over by Religious Affairs Adviser Dr AFM Khalid Hossen.
