Bangladesh Sends Emergency Medical Aid to Iran following PM’s Directive

Following a directive from Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, Bangladesh has dispatched emergency medical relief supplies to Iran to assist with an ongoing humanitarian need.

The relief materials were officially handed over to the Iranian Ambassador in Dhaka on Thursday.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the emergency assistance is being facilitated through the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society.

Government officials emphasized that the dispatch of these essential supplies underscores Bangladesh’s commitment to international humanitarian cooperation and its strengthening diplomatic ties with Iran.
