Saudi Crown Prince Invites Prime Minister to Visit Saudi Arabia

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has extended an official invitation to Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to discuss methods for deepening bilateral ties and exchange perspectives on key regional and global developments.

Saudi Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr. Abdullah Zafer H bin Abiyah formally delivered the letter of invitation to PM Tarique Rahman during a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office in the Secretariat on Monday, confirmed PM's Deputy Press Secretary Shahadat Hossain Shadhin.

In the correspondence, the Saudi Crown Prince expressed his country’s keenness to further strengthen bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh in areas of mutual interest, with a view to fulfilling the aspirations of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.

He noted that Saudi Arabia is pleased to invite the Bangladesh Prime Minister to visit the Kingdom to discuss ways to enhance bilateral ties and consult on regional and international issues.

According to the invitation details, the exact schedule and timing of the official visit will be finalized through established diplomatic channels at a mutually convenient date.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also conveyed his personal warm wishes for Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s continued health and well-being, as well as for the sustained advancement and prosperity of the people of Bangladesh.
