Foreign Minister Leads Delegation to Qatar for 2-Day Visit

Heading a high-level official delegation, Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman departed Dhaka early Tuesday for a two-day official tour of Qatar.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the high-powered Bangladeshi entourage includes the Prime Minister's Adviser on Finance and Planning, the Prime Minister's Foreign Affairs Adviser and the State Minister for Power, among other senior officials.

Govt Decides to Change Fiscal Year to April-March

Throughout the trip, the delegation from Bangladesh is scheduled to participate in various high-level discussions and official diplomatic engagements in Qatar.

The Foreign Minister and his delegation are expected to conclude their official proceedings and return home on the night of August 19.
