State-owned Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited (BOESL) is recruiting 112 skilled male workers for employment in Malaysia with zero migration cost.

In a recruitment notice issued on Thursday (November 5), BOESL announced that the workers will be hired as "Operations Assistants" for Malaysia's DHL Supply Chain (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.

Selected candidates will receive a basic monthly salary of 1,700 Malaysian Ringgit.

Eligible applicants must be aged between 22 and 35 years.

The job contract is for three years, with a standard work schedule of eight hours per day, six days a week.

The employer will also provide overtime pay, accommodation, basic medical care, and transportation benefits.

According to the notice, the online application window opens today, November 6, at 10:00 AM and will remain active until November 8 at 4:00 PM via BOESL’s designated portal (https://employee.oep.gov.bd/employee/registration).

An initial pool of 300 candidates will be shortlisted through a software-based lottery system.

The recruiting employer will then conduct technical and oral evaluations to select the final 112 candidates.

BOESL emphasized that candidates are not required to pay any fee at any stage of the recruitment process and strongly advised all applicants against engaging in any financial transactions.
