The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka has issued a new advisory for Bangladeshi citizens planning to travel to the United States.

The message instructs travelers to ensure they have adequate financial resources to cover all personal expenses, including the costs of any medical emergencies that may arise during their trip.

The U.S. Embassy published this notice on its official website on Monday (August 3).

The advisory states:

"When planning your travel to the United States, please ensure you have sufficient financial resources to cover your own expenses, including any travel disruptions or emergency medical costs."

The warning further cautions that misusing benefits funded by U.S. taxpayers can lead to permanent consequences, which may disqualify individuals from future travel, studying, or working in the United States.
