In just three and a half months, a delegation from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is set to visit China once again at the invitation of the Communist Party of China.
This 23-member delegation will include leaders from BNP as well as its allied and joint movement partner parties. This time, the delegation will be led by BNP Standing Committee member Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan.
The delegation is scheduled to leave Dhaka for China on Monday, February 25. The information was confirmed in a press release sent by the BNP-affiliated student wing, Chhatra Dal, on Saturday, February 22.
Along with Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, other BNP representatives on the trip include Joint Secretary General Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie, Legal Affairs Secretary Barrister Kaiser Kamal, Krishak Dal General Secretary Shahidul Islam, Jubo Dal General Secretary Nurul Islam Nayan, Swechchhasebak Dal General Secretary Rajib Ahsan, and Chhatra Dal General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir.
Apart from BNP and its affiliated organizations, leaders from their joint movement partner parties will also be part of the delegation. These include:

Saiful Haque, General Secretary of Bangladesh Revolutionary Workers Party
Muhammad Rashed Khan, General Secretary of Gana Adhikar Parishad
Fariduzzaman Farhad, Chairman of the National People’s Party (NPP)
Maulana Ataullah Amin, Joint Secretary General of Bangladesh Khelafat Majlis
Bobby Hajjaj, Chairman of the Nationalist Democratic Movement (NDM)
Advocate Syed Ehsanul Huda, Chairman of Bangladesh Jatiya Party
Earlier, on November 7, 2024, a four-member BNP delegation had also visited China at the invitation of the Communist Party of China. That delegation was led by BNP Vice Chairman Asaduzzaman Ripon and included Joint Secretary General Habib-Un-Nabi Khan Sohel, Acting Organizing Secretary of Khulna Division Anindya Islam Amit, and BNP Media Cell member Mahmuda Habiba.
