Sajek Tourist Spot to Remain Closed for 3 Days

Rangamati district administration has decided to close the tourist spot Sajek for three days starting from today.

Rangamati Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Khan revealed the decision after the law and order committee meeting held at the DC office in the morning.

Talking to BSS, DC Mosharraf Hossain Khan said the local administration faced a lot of difficulty in ensuring the safe return of the stranded tourists from the tourist spot Sajek. Considering the present law and order situation, the meeting decided to close the Sajek tourist spot for three days.

He urged all to remain alert to avert any conspiracy.

District police super Dr. Md Farhad Hossain, district civil surgeon Dr. Nuyen Khisha, and additional deputy commissioner Md Motachem Billha, among others, were present at the meeting.

Rangamati Police Super Farhad Hossain said action would be taken against the culprits involved in the recent violence in the district. News BSS.
