Nag Ashwin to replace Deepika Padukone in Kalki 2898 AD sequel!

Deepika Padukone starrer 'Kalki 2898 AD' is a big-budget movie with a unique storyline and contributions from some of the best actors across India. It has already reached a new milestone by breaking the record of multiple movies. Viewers are now waiting for the second installment of the movie.
Deepika Padukone acted as Sumathi and the womb-bearer of Kalki who will destroy the evil world of Yaskin and establish Satya Yug has a meaty and important role in Kalki 2898 AD part 1. The way she is shown walking through the fireball like Agni Pariksha has been one of the important sequences of the movie.
Meanwhile, it is heard that director Nag Ashwin wants to bring the sequel to the screen as soon as possible. But the new news is that he is dropping Deepika from the casting of the sequel.
But some sources said that either Nag Ashwin will rope in someone else or drop the character completely from Kalki 2898 AD Part 2. Because, it will take some time for Deepika to return to active movie shooting as she is pregnant.
Earlier, Nag Ashwin in his interview said that they had completed around 30% of the shooting for the sequel but the remaining work needs to be done. According to Bollywood Hungama source has said, 'The sequel was planned anyhow, no matter what the fate of Kalki. Now that it has proven to be a money spinner beyond anything, the producers expected, the sequel is being expedited.'
The source said that now with the clamour for the sequel growing with the mounting success of the first film, the producers may decide to replace Deepika in the sequel. However, these are just rumours and there are strong chances that the producers might wait for the Fighter actress to return to work.
Even Nag Ashwin during his interview said that there is no sequel without Deepika Padukone. But there is a possibility that he has already shot important scenes of the actress earlier or may just show her as a memory in the sequel.

Bridgerton Season 4 Officially Found its Romantic Heroine
Mere months after Polin finally found their happy ending, Bridgerton Season 4 has already set its sights on its leading man: and it’s none other than Luke Thompson’s charming and artistic Benedict.

Spearheaded by showrunner Jess Brownell and executive producer Shonda Rhimes, the upcoming eight-part installment will be based on the third book in Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series, An Offer From a Gentleman. (Fans had previously assumed that season three would center on Benedict’s romance, but Penelope and Colin’s love story from the fourth novel, Romancing Mr Bridgerton, was brought forward instead.) In the book, Benedict falls for Sophie Beckett, the daughter of an earl who’s been hidden away from the Ton and forced to work as a housemaid by her spiteful stepmother. After Sophie sneaks into Lady Bridgerton’s annual masquerade ball, she and Benedict have a Cinderella-meets-Romeo-&-Juliet moment, with Benedict enchanted by the masked beauty. When she later flees, he vows to track her down by any means possible. Lacing herself into a corset to play Sophie: Australian actor Yerin Ha, who’s previously appeared in the Paramount+ adaptation of Halo and will star in HBO’s Dune prequel series, Dune: Prophecy, later this year.
“Benedict has always been a little lost – or free depending on the way you want to look at it,” Thompson told the streamer, following the news. “But now he’s trying to find something a bit more solid in himself. His identity has been a little bit of a question mark, but it doesn’t ever seem to really bother him. It often feels like… ‘You’re either this, or you’re this.’ He’s finding it out.” Brownell concurs, adding, “Season three puts him in a place where he’s really exploring more sides of himself. I think he feels things very deeply. It felt important for him to explore the fullness of himself before he settles down. He is someone who has big appetites, and we wanted to see him living a big life before he goes into settle-down mode. I’m excited for where we’re going with him in season four.”

Mother of Democracy: Movie on Khaleda Zia
'Mother of Democracy', a film entitled this name is being produced by Akand Entertainment Plc about former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.

Razzak’s 7th death anniversary today
It is been seven years since Nayak Raj Razzak is no more. The 7th death anniversary of the legendary actor and director is observed today.

Razzak was born on January 23, 1942, in a noble Muslim family in South Calcutta, India. Growing up there. Since his childhood, he dreamed of becoming a movie hero. Following this, in 1959, at the age of 17, he studied and received a diploma in cinema at Filmalaya, Mumbai, India. After that, he acted as a side character in two Calcutta films.
