It is been seven years since Nayak Raj Razzak is no more. The 7th death anniversary of the legendary actor and director is observed today.

On this day in 2017, he floated everyone in the sea of ​​grief and crossed the path of eternity.

Razzak was born on January 23, 1942, in a noble Muslim family in South Calcutta, India. Growing up there. Since his childhood, he dreamed of becoming a movie hero. Following this, in 1959, at the age of 17, he studied and received a diploma in cinema at Filmalaya, Mumbai, India. After that, he acted as a side character in two Calcutta films.

Meanwhile, communal riots broke out in Kolkata in 1964. He was forced to move to Dhaka with his family. Even after coming to Dhaka, he sticks to his dream. In the 60s, he entered the Bangladeshi film industry by acting in a supporting role in director Salahuddin's movie '13 No. Feku Ostagar Lane.

However, Razzaq created a huge stir by acting as a hero opposite Suchanda in the movie 'Behula'. Then the audience of this country was impressed by his performance in one movie after another.

Razzak acted in many movies. Among them are 'Peech Dhala Poth', 'Darpa Churna ', 'Modhumilon', 'Jeebon Theke Neya', 'Anarkoli', 'Mau-Chor', 'Raja Saheb', 'Boro Valo Lok Chilo', 'Rojonigondha', 'Bodnam'. ', 'Laili Mojnu', 'Talak', 'Ovijan', 'Chandranath', 'Baba Keno Chakor' are notable.
