Shah Rukh married Gauri Chhibber on October 25, 1991, in a Hindu ceremony after dating for six years. Gauri is a Punjabi Hindu. Gauri Khan changed her name after marriage. They have three children in their family. Eldest son Aryan Khan, daughter Suhana Khan, and youngest son Abram Khan.
Shah Rukh started his acting career through Theater Action Group in Delhi. He then studied at the National School of Drama.
