He is the undisputed ‘King’ of Bollywood, and the affection fans shower upon him off-screen is nothing short of royal. Mumbai’s Bandra once again witnessed extraordinary frenzy outside Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic residence, ‘Mannat,’ on the occasion of his birthday.

Thousands of fans began gathering outside the gates from midnight for a single glimpse of their favorite star, carrying flowers, banners, and posters. Overwhelmed by the outpouring of affection, the Bollywood superstar delivered a special message to his admirers.

According to India Today, Shah Rukh Khan turned 61 on Monday (November 2). Various posters and banners were set up outside Mannat to mark the occasion. On one of them, a message written by Shah Rukh for his fans read: "Thank you everyone for your wishes and love. Sending my love back to you all. Lots of love and a big hug."

The birthday celebrations were not confined to the perimeter of Mannat alone. Mumbai’s Sea Link was lit up in illumination to honor the actor.

Across different parts of the country, fans celebrated the milestone by cutting cakes and organizing special events. Security was intensified outside Mannat to manage the massive crowds.

Adding extra excitement to this year’s celebrations is Shah Rukh’s upcoming film King. On the occasion of his birthday, the movie’s first song, "Tu Mil Jaye," was officially released, featuring Shah Rukh alongside Deepika Padukone.

The blend of romance and action in the preview has further heightened audience anticipation.

Posters held by fans outside Mannat also featured messages celebrating both his birthday and the new release.

Some read "Happy Birthday King," while others declared "The world has given only one name: King." Another poster read, "King is enough on his own."

Featuring adaptations of iconic movie dialogues, the banners showcased the overwhelming enthusiasm surrounding the star.

Throughout his decades-long career, Shah Rukh Khan has won millions of hearts with numerous memorable films.

As he steps into his 61st year, the thousands gathered outside Mannat proved that the fandom and excitement surrounding him remain as powerful as ever.
