The Public Service Commission (PSC) has suspended the application process for the 47th BCS due to unavoidable reasons.

PSC Public Relations Officer SM Matiur Rahman confirmed the matter on Monday afternoon (December 9).
The Public Service Commission published the notification for the 47th BCS on November 28. Through this BCS, a total of 3,487 candidates will be recruited for vacant cadre positions.

The online application process was scheduled to begin on Tuesday (December 10). However, PSC announced its suspension just a few hours before it was set to start.
PSC's Public Relations Officer could not immediately specify the reasons behind the suspension of the application process.
