Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate for the Dinajpur-6 constituency, has vowed to champion inclusive and discrimination-free development if elected in the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election 2026 and the Referendum, scheduled to be held on February 12.
During a door-to-door campaign in the Dalar Darga area of Nawabganj Upazila this morning, Dr. Zahid emphasized that his vision for the region is rooted in unity and equal opportunity.
He noted that his development plan would encompass all citizens regardless of religion, caste, or profession, ensuring that no community is left behind in the constituency’s progress.
Central to his campaign is the 31-point state reform agenda recently announced by BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman.
Dr. Zahid told local residents that the proper implementation of these reforms is the key to meeting public expectations and securing sustainable national growth.
"I believe in development that includes everyone. Unity and equal opportunity are the pillars of progress for Dinajpur-6," he remarked while interacting with voters.
As the largest parliamentary constituency in the country, spanning four upazilas, Dinajpur-6 has seen a surge in political activity.
Reports indicate that Dr. Zahid is receiving a warm reception from various professional groups and local communities, who are showing strong enthusiasm for his platform of balanced and equitable governance.
