BNP standing committee member Barrister Moudud Ahmed said, wealth information of former and current ministers and MPs of the incumbent government has to be published. We have to see how much wealth they had before being minister or MP and how much wealth they have at present. Because, people have no confidence over this government.
He said these at a human chain formed in front of National Press Club in the capital demanding release of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
Moudud Ahmed said, corruption has entered into every part of this government. The government has lost the ability to counter the corruption. Because, corruption has entered into every organ of the government. The government has drowned in corruption. They should resign immediately and arrange election under non partisan neutral government.
About the current cleansing drive of the government he said, the drive will not succeed, in which way they would say that it will continue. To make the drive into a success the ministers and MPs who are behind Shovon-Rabbani of Chhatra League and Shamim-Samrat of Jubo League, have to be identified.
