Bangladesh national women’s kabaddi team sealed the five-match bilateral test series with a game to spare after defeating the visiting Nepal women’s team by 34-22 points in the fourth encounter on Tuesday at the National Kabaddi Stadium.

This decisive win gives the host nation an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-game contest.

Entering the high-stakes match needing a win to stay alive in the series, Nepal launched an aggressive early assault. The visitors controlled the opening minutes, building a quick 8-4 advantage.

However, Bangladesh steadily narrowed the deficit by accumulating crucial bonus points before seizing momentum through coordinated raids and tight defensive tackles, eventually heading into halftime with a 13-11 lead.

Nepal attempted to rally after the break, but Bangladesh's tactical discipline thwarted their efforts. The home team widened their lead to 21-15 after executing a pivotal super tackle to secure two extra points.

Soon after, Meby Chakma delivered a standout super raid to claim three additional points, placing Bangladesh firmly in the driver's seat.

Bangladesh further cemented their dominance by inflicting an all-out on Nepal, effectively putting the game out of reach and wrapping up a comfortable 34-22 win at the final whistle.

Bangladesh’s Brishty Biswas earned the Player of the Match award for her stellar performance throughout the contest.

The fifth and final match of the test series is scheduled to take place on Thursday at the same venue.
