UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Indo-Pacific Seema Malhotra paid a courtesy call on Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna on Tuesday.

The meeting took place as international dignitaries arrived in Dhaka to witness the historic transition of power following the 13th National Parliament Election.

British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke and Senior Secretary for SDG Affairs Lamiya Morshed were also in attendance.
