Government Extends Tenure of Tanzim Ibn Wahab as National Museum DG

The government has extended the contractual appointment of Tanzim Ibn Wahab as Director General of the Bangladesh National Museum for another year.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on September 17.

According to the notification, Tanzim Ibn Wahab has been reappointed on a contractual basis as Director General of the National Museum for a one-year term, effective from the date he assumes office.

The appointment is subject to the condition that he must sever all employment ties with any other profession, business, or government, semi-government, or private institution or organisation.

The notification further stated that the remaining terms and conditions of his appointment will be set out in a contract agreement.
