- Officials and employees must pass through an archway and metal detector before entering the Election Commission Secretariat or Election Building. Any carried bags or items must be scanned using a baggage scanner.
- Officials and employees must use the designated flap barrier turnstile entrance access control system for digital attendance when entering and exiting the building.
- Visitors and service seekers must register their entry details, collect a visitor card, and visibly display it while passing through the flap barrier turnstile entrance access control gate.
- Visitors and service seekers are only allowed access to the specific floor (level) they are authorized to visit and may stay only for the necessary duration. Before leaving, they must return the visitor card.
- During office hours, no official or employee may leave the Election Building without prior approval from a superior officer, except in special circumstances.
- Before leaving for the day, all officials and employees must securely store documents, turn off computers, air conditioners, electric fans, multi-plugs, and lights, and ensure doors and windows are properly closed.
- Officials and employees are not permitted to stay in the building or their offices beyond official hours unless required for work-related purposes.
