Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has sent a message wishing a speedy recovery to Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The message was posted on the verified Facebook page of the Prime Minister’s Office on Monday night, August 10.

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman expressed his prayers and sincere good wishes for the prompt and complete recovery of the Malaysian leader, stating:

He further added: "On behalf of the people of Bangladesh and myself, I convey my warmest regards to this special friend of our country."
