The Indian High Commission stationed in Dhaka has exhorted citizens to sustain strict vigilance against unauthorized visa brokers, issuing warnings against succumbing to deceptive guarantees of assured visas, accelerated processing schedules, and guaranteed interview appointments.

Within an official advisory, the High Commission indicated that visa intermediaries fabricate diverse bogus assurances capable of resulting in individuals forfeiting their funds, documentation, and precious time.

It cautioned applicants against relinquishing financial sums, paperwork, or personal credentials to unauthorized agents.

The High Commission specifically encouraged individuals pursuing transit visas to submit applications directly utilizing the official visa channels. “Stay alert. Stay safe,” the notification conveyed.
