LPG Prices Increased for August

The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) has announced the new prices for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for the month of August.

As a result, the price of the widely used 12 kg LPG cylinder for household consumption has been set at 1,598 Taka (including VAT), up from the previous price of 1,528 Taka.

BERC announced these updated rates on Sunday (August 2).

According to the official notification, the new prices came into effect starting Sunday at 6:00 PM and will remain active until further notice.
