A song titled 'Nana-Nati' by popular singer Aly Hasan was released on Eid-ul-Azha this year. It was well received by the audience after its release. But there is a controversy about the song. Because, one of the lines of the song says, 'Bortomaner Court e Bichar Chole Note e'.

And that's where the problem happened. Aly Hasan got legal notice for this song. Now the High Court has ordered to remove this song from online.

A division bench of the High Court passed the order after hearing a writ petition on Monday (July 8). The court gave this instruction after hearing the writ petition of a person named Arifur Rahman Murad.

Aly Hasan, the writer and singer of the song, has spoken many savage words through the characters of Nana and Nati. The music video features actor Marzuk Russell as Nana.

The song has been accused of contempt of court mainly because of the line 'Bortomaner Court e Bichar Chole Note e'. As a result, singer Aly Hasan was sent a legal notice by Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) Advocate Fahim Hasnain of Judge Court in Sherpur District.

Incidentally, this legal notice was sent to Aly Hasan by registry post on June 19. The notice also asked him to come online live and tender an apology to the public within 15 days, including dropping the contempt of court line 'Bortomaner Court e Bichar Chole Note e' from the song. Otherwise, the notice also claim to file a case against the singer.
