The death toll from Israeli military operations in Lebanon, which began on March 2, has risen to 4,301, with another 12,199 people injured, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Friday (July 3).
Meanwhile, Israeli military operations continue unabated in Lebanon's Nabatieh District.
Local media reports indicated ongoing gunfire and drone activity in the area.
Earlier on Friday, Israel stated that its air forces targeted approximately 10 Hezbollah infrastructure sites in the Bint Jbeil District.
Israel claimed the strikes were in retaliation for attacks launched against its forces within the security zone.
Notably, a framework agreement was signed between Lebanon and Israel in Washington on June 26 under U.S. mediation.
However, tensions between the two sides have yet to fully ease despite the agreement.
