Nepal lose to South Africa by one run in T20 WC

Nepal lost the historic win in the T20 World Cup for one run. South Africa won at the last ball in the runout thrill. Nepal lost the chance to win the biggest win in their cricket history.

On Saturday (June 15), the Proteas lost the toss at the Arnos Vale Ground and scored 115 runs for 7 wickets. Reeza Hendricks top-scored with 43. In reply, Nepal started well but lost to South Africa's experience. Himalayan boys stopped at 114 runs for 7 wickets in the scheduled over.

However, Nepal could not take any runs in the last two balls. Gulshan was run out to take by-run. The Proteas won by 1 run. At this rate, Nepal's dream of Super Eight ended.

Earlier, South Africa scored 115 runs in front of Nepal's spinners. The Proteas lost the wicket of Quinton de Kock in the beginning.
