Light-to-moderate rain or thundershowers with temporary gusty winds are likely across many locations in Chattogram and Barishal divisions and a few spots over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna and Sylhet divisions within 24 hours commencing 9 am Saturday, featuring moderately heavy falls at isolated places, according to a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) morning bulletin.

Day temperatures may edge up slightly while nighttime lows hold steady nationwide. Friday's peak temperature reached 36.5 degrees Celsius in Ramgati and Saturday's low dropped to 23.8 degrees Celsius in Tetulia, with Kutubdia recording a maximum 27 mm of rainfall during the 24 hours leading up to 6 am on Saturday.

Dhaka's sunset is scheduled for 5:58 pm this day and sunrise for 5:47 am on Sunday.
