Qualifying candidates require a minimum prior-class score of 60 percent, alongside benchmark academic credentials including a grade point average of at least 3.50 at secondary and higher secondary levels or equivalents and 3.00 for undergraduate tiers.

Treatment for accidental trauma must fall within the current or preceding fiscal year, and award disbursement is strictly capped at one occurrence per recipient.

Financial need verification requires children of National Pay Scale 2015 grade 13-20 employees to produce office-head pay grade certification, while remaining applicants must supply an institutional head's certificate confirming parental poverty and an annual family income under BDT 200,000.

Injury severity mandates an uploaded government medical certificate signed by a civil surgeon, government hospital physician, or upazila health and family planning officer.

Digital submissions must include birth registration certificates, parental national IDs, student portraits, signatures, cheque/bank statement excerpts and active bank/mobile data restricted to the student or parents—or designated guardians upon proven parental absence—with non-repeat transfer warnings for inactive accounts.

Institutional listings missing from portal directories require letterhead requests detailing EIIN via postal mail or email to the trust managing director.

Signed by trust assistant director (additional charge) Md. Farid Ahmed, the directive instructs educational institutions and regional education officers, including upazila secondary and thana education authorities, to facilitate eligible student participation.

Hard-copy submissions are bypassed entirely.
