Controversial Indian yoga guru Ramdev has remarked that Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Afghanistan will one day become part of India again, calling on Indians to exercise a little patience.

At the same time, claiming that no religion is under threat in India, Ramdev stated that what is actually under threat is India's honor and dignity.

According to Indian media outlet India Today, Ramdev made these remarks while speaking to journalists at Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur. He alleged that Hindus are being persecuted in Pakistan and Bangladesh.

Expressing his vision for India's future, he added that while freedom of expression exists in a democracy, it should remain within the bounds of the constitution and morality.

Responding to a statement by Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari regarding the situation of Hindus in Pakistan, Ramdev said that Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh have been subjected to "persecution and injustice."

He stated, "The persecution and injustice faced by Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh rank among the biggest acts of cruelty in the history of human civilization."

Ramdev said, "A time will come when Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan will once again reunite with India. Just have a little patience."

Speaking about religious conversions and the laws enacted in Chhattisgarh to curb them, Ramdev said that allegations of persecution against Hindus, Christians, or Muslims are primarily "part of political rhetoric." He said, "We must ensure that at least no one has to face persecution in the future due to religious changes taking place in the country. No religion—whether Hinduism, Islam, or Christianity—is under threat. What is under threat is India's honor and dignity."

Ramdev stated that he wants India to become the world's best democracy and Indian citizens to be the best citizens globally.

He added, "I want India's economy to be the best in the world, the value of the rupee to equal at least the dollar and the pound, and the Indian passport to be so powerful that Indians do not need visas anywhere in the world."

He also expressed his desire for India to receive equal respect in every country across the globe, including the United States, China, and Russia.
