The anticipation is finally drawing to a close. In just a few hours, head coach Carlo Ancelotti will officially announce Brazil's World Cup squad, with the primary talking point revolving around the "Neymar issue."

The sheer scale of anticipation is unprecedented, drawing nearly 700 journalists from 13 different countries to Brazil just to cover the squad reveal.

Coach Ancelotti will formally unveil the Seleção’s final World Cup roster at Rio de Janeiro’s iconic Museum of Tomorrow on Monday (May 18) at 2:00 AM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST).

According to the popular Brazilian media outlet O Globo, citing the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), around 700 journalists from across the globe will be in attendance to cover the event.

The CBF shared that the event will be organized in two segments.

The main stage has a seating capacity for approximately 1,000 people, which will accommodate journalists alongside invited guests and sponsors.

Additionally, Ancelotti will address the press in a separate auditorium.

Strict regulations will be enforced inside the 340-seat press auditorium.

Camera operators and sound technicians must set up their equipment in designated areas, and the number of photographers allowed inside will be limited.

Furthermore, each television channel has been restricted to using only a single camera.

Journalists from 13 countries outside of Brazil have registered to cover the World Cup squad announcement.

The registry includes media representatives from Bangladesh, Argentina, Chile, the United States, El Salvador, England, Scotland, Russia, Italy, Spain, China, the United Arab Emirates, and Japan.
