The Chief Advisor of the interim government Dr Muhammad Yunus is going to discuss with the political parties about the overall situation, the reform of the country, and the upcoming elections.
The exchange meeting will start at 3 pm on Saturday (August 31) at Jamuna, the official residence of the Chief Advisor. It will continue till 8 pm, said a press release from the Chief Advisor's Press Wing.
Sources said that the government will discuss the overall situation of the country, reforms, and the upcoming elections with the political parties. However, like the previous meeting, it has been reported that there will not be any party of their alliance including Awami League in this meeting.
Meanwhile, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir along with three leaders of the party held a meeting for one and a half hours with Dr Yunus. Various issues were discussed at that time.
