A total of 146,694 students are competing for admission to the Science Unit of Dhaka University this year. They are vying for 1,896 seats, meaning 77 students will compete for each seat.
The admission test will be held on Saturday (February 15) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, lasting one and a half hours. As in previous years, the test will be conducted in eight divisional cities.
For the 2024-25 academic year's undergraduate program, the Science Unit admission test will consist of 60 marks for the MCQ section, with a time limit of 45 minutes, and 40 marks for the written section, also lasting 45 minutes.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan will visit the Curzon Hall examination center at 11:30 AM.
Previously, admission tests were held for the Arts, Law and Social Sciences Unit, Business Studies Unit, Fine Arts Unit, and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA).
