But Oikyafront’s another member Sultan Mansur Ahmed did not communicate with Gono Forum. I do not know whether he would take oath tomorrow or not.

In the afternoon Dr. Kamal Hossain and Mostafa Mohsin Montu spoke to Mokabbir Khan at Dr. Kamal’s chamber. Mokabbir Khan elected Member of Parliament from Sylhet-2 constituency with Gono Forum party symbol ‘Rising Sun’.

Earlier both Mokabbir Khan and Sultan Mansur sent letter to Speaker for taking oath on March 7. Then the parliament secretariat confirmed about their oath taking on March 7.

In the December 30 eleventh national parliament election Mokabbir Khan took part as a candidate of Jatiya Oikyafront’s component Gono Forum. On the other hand Gono Forum candidate Sultan Mansur participated in the election with BNP’s symbol sheaf of paddy.

After the election Oikyafront rejected the results and decided not to take oath. But Mokabbir and Sultan Mansur personally decided to take the oath. Six MPs from BNP also earlier informed that they will not take oath.
