The Meteorological Office has predicted storms with a speed of 45 to 60 km per hour from the west or north-west in 5 divisions of the country.
On Friday, April 28, this information was given in the weather forecast for the country's inland river ports till 1 pm.
It has been said, "Rain or thundershowers with a speed of 45 to 60 km over Pabna, Tangail, Dhaka, Jessore, Kushtia, Faridpur, Madaripur, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Noakhali and Cumilla districts may occur. Therefore, the river ports of these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1."
Meanwhile, according to the weather forecast of the whole country, on Saturday, April 29, there may be temporary rain or thundershower with gusts and wind in one or two places of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions till 9 am. Along with that, there may be scattered hailstorms at some places.
