The Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has issued urgent instructions regarding student entry into examination centers for the ongoing HSC and equivalent examinations.
This directive was announced in a notification signed by Professor Kamal Uddin Haider, the Board's Controller of Examinations, on Saturday (June 28).
The notification states that to reduce traffic congestion and public inconvenience around the ongoing HSC 2025 examination centers, necessary measures should be taken to allow only examinees to enter the center premises from 8:30 AM.
All officers-in-charge of HSC examination centers under the Dhaka Board have been requested to take the necessary steps regarding this matter.
Furthermore, the notification also stated that previous instructions regarding entry into the examination hall will remain in effect.
It's worth noting that the HSC and equivalent examinations began simultaneously across the country on June 26. Approximately 1.25 million students are participating this year.
According to the routine published by the Board, the HSC and equivalent examinations will continue until August 10, with practical exams scheduled from August 11 to August 21.
