In the season’s first El Clásico, Barcelona thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 at the Santiago Bernabéu. Robert Lewandowski scored a brace, while the other two goals came from Raphinha and Lamine Yamal. Yamal made history by becoming the youngest-ever scorer in El Clásico.

After a goalless first half, Barcelona dominated the second half, launching relentless attacks. Lewandowski opened the scoring with two goals, followed by Yamal’s strike in the 77th minute.

The 17-year-old Spanish winger capitalized on a pass from Raphinha, securing an easy finish and setting a new record. At just 17 years and 106 days, Yamal became the youngest player to score in El Clásico, breaking the previous record held by former Barça player Alfonso Navarro, who scored at 17 years and 356 days.

Yamal has already made history by scoring in La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and for the Spanish national team, adding another accolade with this El Clásico goal.

Before this defeat, Real Madrid had been unbeaten in 42 consecutive matches, with 31 wins and 11 draws. With this victory, Barcelona now leads the league by six points. They have 30 points from 11 matches, while Real Madrid sits at 24 points from the same number of games.
