The interim government has taken steps to catch government job holders on fake freedom fighter certificates. The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs has asked for complete information on the manpower appointed in the third and fourth-class posts under the freedom fighter quota so far.
CAAB directions for passengers coming from abroad

The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has made corona negative certificate mandatory for the passengers coming from abroad as severity of corona infection has increased in different countries of the world. The information came through a set of directions signed by CAAB member (flight standard and regulations) Group Captain Chowdhury Md. Ziaul Kabir on Friday.

Passengers returning home from foreign countries must show Covid-19 negative certificates at the airport, said Health Minister Zahid Maleque on Sunday. Otherwise they will have to go into quarantine for 14 days upon their return, he added.
