In protest of the attack, vandalism, the lowering and tearing of the national flag, and alleged conspiracies to incite communal riots at Bangladesh's Assistant High Commission in Agartala, India, three BNP-affiliated organizations — Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, Swecchasebak Dal and Chhatra Dal — have initiated a march towards the Indian Embassy in Dhaka.

The march also included plans to submit a memorandum to the Indian High Commission following the protest.

This program began at 11:30 am on Sunday (December 8) in front of the BNP's central office at Naya Paltan.

During the march, participants displayed placards with slogans such as "Delhi or Dhaka, Dhaka Dhaka," "Stand Against Indian Aggression," "One Nation, One Country, Bangladesh Bangladesh," "Wasim-Sayed-Mughda, The Fight is Not Over," "No Compromise on Sovereignty," "Friends Abroad, Not Masters," and "Above All is the Nation, My Beloved Bangladesh," etc.

Before the march, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi addressed the gathering.

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi commented, "By suspending visas, India has done us a favor. Now dollars won't be smuggled out of the country. Earlier, a significant amount of money was spent traveling to India. That money will stay within the country. Additionally, if they stop exporting consumer goods, our people will work harder to produce more crops, which will increase our reserves. Overall, this will be beneficial for us."

He further added, "India is not happy because neither Bhutan nor Nepal stands with them anymore. In reality, no one can maintain a friendship with them. Now they are also conspiring against Bangladesh."

Later, leaders and activists, including Jubo Dal President Abdul Monayem Munna, General Secretary Mohammad Nurul Islam Noyon, Swecchasebak Dal President SM Jilani, General Secretary Rajib Ahsan, Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib, and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir began the march towards the Indian High Commission in Baridhara.

The march is expected to culminate with the submission of a memorandum to the Indian High Commission by representatives of Chhatra Dal, Jubo Dal, and Swecchasebak Dal.
