The protest began at 1:30 am on Monday, with students from various halls first gathering at Hallpara before marching toward the Raju Sculpture. As they moved, they chanted slogans such as “One demand, one goal – Jahangir must resign” and “My brother was killed on the streets – what is the administration doing?”

During the demonstration, students expressed their anger over the rising incidents of murder, robbery, and sexual violence, accusing the Home Adviser of failing to maintain law and order.
