State Minister for Public Administration Farhad Hossain said, only one-fourth (25 percent) or one-fifth (20 percent) officers’ presence in different ministries and departments will be allowed in this coronavirus pandemic situation. Officers more than that number will not be allowed to perform their duties.
The State Minister said these while joining a video call with a private television channel on Monday. The decision has been taken so that nobody gets infected with coronavirus, he added.
Informing about 20 to 25 percent officers’ presence Farhad Hossain said, we want to do the necessary works pending in the offices. Those who are sick at the moment need not to come office and we have made the schedule so that nobody gets infected.
The State Minister also informed that in the coming 15 days no pass will be issued so that no visitor can enter at the secretariat.
